- Acquired ichthyosis resembles autosomal dominant ichthyosis vulgaris but develops in adult life in individuals without a previous history of ichthyosis. It may be caused by certain drugs but when associated with underlying malignancy (i.e. paraneoplastic) it is strongly associated with Hodgkin lymph
