- Orofacial granulomatosis (OFG) is an uncommon clinicopathological entity characterised by persistent and/or recurrent lymphoedema and fissuring of the lips and oral mucosa (the latter resulting in a "cobblestone" appearance), oral ulceration and the presence on biopsy of non-caseating granulomas.
