- Cocaine-induced psychotic disorder with delusions is characterised by the presence of delusions that are judged to be the direct consequence of cocaine use. Neither hallucinations nor other psychotic symptoms are present. The symptoms do not occur exclusively during hypnogogic or hypnopompic states,
